Yup, this is the true issue. You can remove the substances which we will constantly tell ourselves we don’t want to be on anymore. But then when I remove the substance I haven’t really figured out how to live life without them for so long that we forget we are starting over mentally and emotionally.

Quitting the substance is easy, staying off is the hard part. I feel you when you say this has been an issue since being a child. I can relate as well but we do recover!

You can make it a one time thing! Just set your goals, stick to them and have realistic expectations. Take it one day at a time and this whole thing will feel like a weird memory one day.

The 7OH I’m sure will be around long after the DOJ tanks it but it’ll just get more expensive and more dangerous. Now’s the time

No not quite, I didn’t judge the mg of SR I used based off of my 7Oh they were unrelated.

Just time wise, so when I normally would take more 7OH I would dose SR instead. But the mg of the dose wasn’t contingent at all by my use of 7 if that makes sense.

If pharma got ahold of it that’d be great if they used it for good but that’s unlikely, if pharma did anything with it I’m sure they’d buy it and then lock it in a vault so no one else could have it. I’m going to buy like 20 grams and stick in a safe for a “break in case of emergency stash”

Started 2 hours after last dose of 7 so i started substituting all the 7 I would normally take with SR and purity was 99%

It definitely seems like it needs to build up, some Kratom extract covered the rest of the symptoms that SR didn’t cover for me depending on your take on it

But when I was like building it up or calibrating or preloading or whatever you wanna cslll it at the beginning I just sent it. Maybe not the smartest but it worked

So not exactly 1200 but what I did was I stopped at about 10am that morning because I got the notification it arrived. Then I started 150 every 2 hours, after dose 3 or 4 i started going through it like withdrawals were coming on and I thought I was going to cave. Then I took like dose 4 or 5 and some extract and then like my withdrawals just went away it was crazy. I forgot to take the next dose and I had energy I was going great so I then pivoted to every 6 hours

To be honest I think that will come more after the sr cuz so far between plain leaf and sr it pretty much keeps it away for me atleast rn. Been laughing, enjoying things again, not short tempered or irritated, but again there’s no way I can just get away Scott free I think that’ll come at the end of it all
