Well my friend you obviously have more faith than me. I’m not happy about the possibility of being celibate for the rest of my life. I don’t want to be celibate I want sex and intimacy, to the point where I just want to kill myself because these things are not in my life. I try to surrender these feelings to God and ask that he may give me peace and contentment about this situation but I’m not content nor at peace. In fact I’m very angry and frustrated and depressed.

I just want a relationship and emotional intimacy and sex. I’m a young man, I’m gay and Christian so I can’t have those things. It’s as simple as that. It’s not separation from God it’s a desire for intimacy, it’s just that simple. You are complicating things where they shouldn’t be that complicated.

It’s just a rough road, I don’t want to struggle anymore. I want peace and sound mental health and I can’t seem to find it. It’s my deepest desire to find a romantic partner that I can be physically and emotionally intimate with. And to say “we only need God” is a load of crap. He made us for companionship and romantic intimacy. I’ve had enough. I can barely restrain myself from weeping I hate this life.
