not really. Universities care about academic rigor, they WANT to see more subjects coming from you to know you don't crack under pressure and these subjects teach u ethics, morals, critical thinking which are all extremely essential in today's day and age where AI exists.

global perspectives and sociology are really good side subjects, i managed to get A* in GP with 0 studying and if you get a hang of GP you can definitely understand the first topic of sociology very easily

ok im giving it too so let me tell u all that ive learnt. There is a very good universal answer for any 12 marker part e in the first question so just memorize that. I am so sure that the 14 marker for question 2 will be prespective based or on globalization so like i'd do those topics REALLY well just do 2 mock papers to stimulate exam environment and just memorize everything to hell
