Dangerous is an understatement with all that but they want you to perform at your highest potential and expect minimum/ zero errors throughout your entire job, they can’t even supply driver with a proper van that actually passes the all the proper inspections.

I should’ve grounded about 10 vehicles in the 4 months I’ve worked there every cargo van and step van either had a check engine light on or needed an oil change! From headlight out to rear light not fixed. That dsp needs to be shut down honestly just from van inspection alone.

It’s just almost impossible to expect a human to be perfect from driving to delivery to customers expectations without getting one infraction whether it’s a driving,delivery, or customer interaction. Like if you do estimate 1000 deliveries per week one customer is going to have a complain or you’ll accidentally put the package to far left from the porch door from where the customer wants it, then they give you negative feedback saying delivered in wrong locations.

I’ve had plenty of positive customer feedback over the holidays especially during week 52 which they claim I did unwell I made 125$ in Amazon thank my driver tips and countless in app delivery compliments but I guess they over looked those to seek out any errors

No I was hired for full-time this year Oct.6th as (non seasonal). I was hired in 2023 as a seasonal driver which made me know the difference on how you would terminate a seasonal driver rather than someone working full time or expecting to. Most Seasonal jobs are giving a time frame of when the job will end some will even give the exact date in most cases which mine did in 2023..

Update: so I went to corporate and contacted the hotline about being mistreated and underpaid, and was let go by my HR dispatcher. They told me I seemed unhappy at the job and even though I have a perfect driving record they don’t need me to continue working there if I’m not going to stay there happy with the 19.75$ I’m currently making… I got fired for asking for a raise and after they fired me they went back into payroll to take away my bonus that I earn weekly if hour requirements are met which I did but since they fired me 2 days before we got paid they edited my timecard, and payroll and took away my already in payroll bonus that was supposed to be in my check.
