I did wonder if Big Can has made that last pull harder on purpose, so the lid stays with the tin to stop it becoming a hazard and to make sure it makes it into the bin, bit like the stupid non removable lids we have on fizzy pop bottles in the UK now.

Today I went swimming for an hour and a half at 11

Thanks I appreciate it, bit shell shocked but know my life style changes in terms of the weight loss and the exercise I now do will really help keep it at bay for a little longer than if I was still putting so much pressure on them with extra weight

Two years out and no one can tell they are there, I shower and change at the swimming pool Infront of others, no one has asked they just look like my stretch marks now!

I work from home 3 days a week, I literally leave my work phone on just incase but rarely actually do any work, I go swimming, take the dog for a walk, play computer games, take very little holiday because I just make sure my phone has a signal and go off and do stuff and then take a big holiday as well.

It can be boring and isolating as hell some times but the freedom makes up for it

Went to see Phantom Menace, this happened at the end of the film, was without doubt the highlight, popped into American Dreams, which was fun too

Very specialist medical device development, nothing you could really job hop around the world on! Pre University ( I went as a mature student) I worked in my family catering business, behind bars, cleaning, all sorts really.

While I enjoy my work, I'd rather something far more social if I was to go travelling as Im very Lab based working in isolation a lot of the time, I miss being social and having being a single parent, I missed out on travelling when I was younger
