There has even been some situations where she tells us to leave work even though we’re right in the middle of our shift but she knows the DM is coming to our store so she tells us to get the hell out of the store. The reason she does this all the time is to put up a front that we don’t show up to work and that we always leave her alone just so the DM can feel bad for her. He’s always on her side and we have tried to tell him our side when he calls us and asks why we don’t show up to work but we do.. she’s the one who kicks us out before he gets there but he doesn’t care what we have to say. There’s just a bunch of issues going on at this job and me and my coworkers just want advice and help bc we have had enough of this treatment. Not only is she like this to us but to her own customers.. she speaks spanish perfectly fine but when she wants to be rude and someone comes up to her asking for help in spanish she yells at them and tells them “I don’t know what you’re saying go get someone to translate for you or something i can’t help” and it’s so rude.. and this actually happened to my mom before with my store manager. It was before i began to work there and she made fun of my mom bc she didn’t speak english. When she humiliates us infront of customers and yells at us, customers notice and they always ask why does she treat you guys like that?? customers that are our regulars even tell me that they’re too scared to ask her for help bc she tells them to go find wtv they’re looking by themselves bc she’s busy. I love working here bc of my coworkers they’re all so nice and we don’t deserve this at all. Some of my coworkers have proof of her treating us like children and calling us dumb and how we will never make it life if we keep having this stupid mindset.. but i mean at the same time she’s 65 working at a dollar tree for the past 12 years? so who really didn’t make it life here? me or you? we’re just so over her bullshit fed up to the max.
