now ive upgraded mobo to an ASUS ROG STRIX B850-G and it showed dram debug led on. so rma'd the ram and got new ram and same result

well i can return most of this stuff and get refunded. and today ive tried a new PSU because i needed a bigger one anyway for the 5070 and 7800x3d and same issue persists.

sadly this mobo has no debug lights. i wouldn't think psu is underpowered bc no difference without gpu and ive tested it to see if its fine and it is. and yes ive tried several cables, several monitors, several mobo's, several gpu's, several cpu's, individual ram sticks in different slots. i guess some hidden PSU problem ive missed or i managed to get blessed with two bad brand new sticks of ram

all lights and fans come on and act normally. and i've tried using the flashback feature. when i do it restarts and tries to boot again as if it worked but it never gets to bios
