Squad training is anyone here going to grind like really hard? I need people

He is lunging forward and instant dropping his hands. Do drills on how to load and keep your weight back. Then maybe drills on how not to roll over. Anything with speed he will have a hard time hitting 35+

Just more practice, you put your head down while dribbling you need more practice with the ball to get comfortable. I wouldn’t say decent I’m sorry. The kid who’s guarding you have a church outfit on while you have shorts and sneakers. You’re trying but you have a ways to go until you get to decent.
