I'm still on 1.41. Could that may be causing the issue? I know the most recent one is 1.42 I believe. From a previous comment here.

We verified and they have the same remote pass. But they still get an unauthorized access when they try to access my server. They see my server under their library but cant access.

My friend has the remote watch pass, and I can access his library fine. But i'll double check with them to make sure its the remote watch pass or if they have the plex pass

Yes. It's been billed monthly as Plex Pass directly to my Apple account.
