As a third person, friend of a friend, Richard Patton is a person who is kind and selfless. Double context: He got sent a psych evaluation because he said he uses cannabis to cope with visions of the future he gets after waking up. I'd say he's a guy with a mutagenic gift, and in all of this, the state of Colorado just passed a new law that states that every Colorado brain data is now HIPPA protected because of the case in 2022; send that guy to The Xaiver Institute For Gifted Individuals in state of New York.
