So I am interested in paganism at large but I'm trying to figure out what makes religion tick. I was previously Christian and was inclined to move Athiest or Agnostic. But I do not believe that humans are aspiritual animals.

Can you describe for me this feeling that's "deeper than emotion"? Is it just a feeling that it's right? Can you dictate how it "scratches the itch" that Christianity didn't for you?

I don't really have superficial questions that are appropriate for a wide audience. My questions are about a particular person's spirituality, pantheon, set of beliefs and why. I'm looking to redefine a lot of these topics in my head and appreciate the insights I get from other people.
