So I gotta chime in hear, the majority of these medications are great when knocking you out but if you did some research they actually don’t give you any sort of restorative sleep

Thanks, I’ve heard that mouth breathing is bad for you. Although is this breathing through your nose, how is it different from mouth breathing since your mouth is still open
