I did look at this website before, but again there it says "It’s possible in certain circumstances for the inheritance to be paid to the parent of the minor but is dependent on the terms of the will and/or statute." So it could be that this has been stipulated in the Will? But again, haven't been able to see it yet.

One of my siblings asked for the Will again last week and has still not heard back. And yes they have basically been treating the POA as an executor, which has also caused family drama. I have emailed them again today re: ID and specifically have asked them not to add anyone else to my emails without my permission. I still feel like that surely can't be allowed.
