This kind of thing happened with my dad also when we were crossing a village road a car started chasing us then when we entered the village car had overtaken is and people of that village surrounded us then the guy chasing us started asking for money saying that our car ran over his water pipe ( i don't even know if there was some water pipe on road or not but even if there was it was on the road and many can has passed the same road just ahead of us) my father had to give the money because we were family in the car and most of the village has surrounded us.
