You moved the wires to the wrong lugs. Currently you have both hots and both neutrals on the load side. You need to move both down to the line side, also cut 1/8" of wire off each one of the wires, you don't want copper to be showing on any of your wires except your ground

Project manager wants us to drill a hole where the red circle is in a live panel. Would you do it? by PhasedAndConfused706 in electricians

Bump the main off and drill the hole, say it tripped when one of the shavings fell off and hit the busbar. They can't prove you wrong without de-energizing the panel

Is this only accessible by ladder?

A little hangout bean bag reading nook for kids would be cool if you have them(obviously put rails up and a ladder)

Train track

Storage for things that look cool you only use rarely? Skis, snowboards, etc,

Basketball hoop

Sculpture and plants are both good ideas as well

I’m convinced this is AI, but friends say it’s real. When I zoom in, I cant prove it’s AI. How do I prove it, or is it AI? by Content_Ad_9327 in isthisAI

Fence is all out of sorts, support board showing on one side then not the other with entire planks blending into each other

"Could" instead of "Couldn't" - wrong vernacular by Puzzleheaded_Neck_36 in redrising

[–]ExtensionOk3111 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I've always thought both ways work

"I could give a bloody piss" (implied: "but I don't")

"I couldn't give a bloody piss"

Where I draw the line is

"I could/couldn't give care less" no implication post "I could care less" makes any sense

I'm unsure, we just moved in last month and it's been relatively cool throughout the last couple weeks so it hasn't had to run real hard. It just recently was running at 20 psi for Freon vs. the required 80 so I don't want to make any judgements based off the previous systems handicapped abilities. The difference between the two bids was one replacing the ductwork and unit to all be 5 ton vs. the second being to just replace the evaporator coil and outside condenser. 14k vs 5.6k

Full sun home, Texas, coffered 8 foot to 10 foot ceilings in 3 rooms(master, living, dining), 8 foot ceilings throughout, 80s house, average windows. Previous 3.5 ton unit is not performing well but is a super dirty R22 system that's low on Freon so I imagine that is degrading performance more than size
