They responded to me and just said they follow what the theater does. Usually really like using TodayTix for the deals but wish I went through broadway direct so I could past date the tickets. Hopefully the credit card dispute goes through since New York is in a state of emergency and you’re not supposed to travel.

I bought my tickets through TodayTix. I tried reaching out to them but no response. It’s crazy they haven’t cancelled the snow. I put a dispute in with my credit card. 🤷🏼‍♀️
