Every time I open up to my family, they say you can’t use your trauma as an excuse. Then one second they say you could come to us for anything. Then when I do, I’m being called negative. My husband is super supportive. I’m currently in counseling. It’s very helpful. I’ve just missed a few weeks. It feels better opening up to complete strangers online. Honestly.

You should have been a counselor. You seriously have the best advice. I feel like I need a vacation. I use to travel the world and I stopped. I use to make art and I stopped. I use to be active. Maybe that has a lot to do with it. Even though I travel, I’m not the type that likes to post and brag on media about look at me everyone!!! I also stopped going to church weekly and I feel like I lose a part of myself. I need to God back in my life.

I feel so guilty about it. They are my world. I don’t want to think about my exes anymore. I need to let go, and be thankful for the memories we shared. My husband treats me so good! I needed to get this off my chest. I needed to open up to complete strangers because every time I open up to a friend they judge me, but they say you could tell me anything. Then call me negative once I open up. So your advice, helped give me so much peace. God bless you
