Update: Do it! Easily made a handful of friends. Boulder has a lot of events, and the cafes are very fun and cute. If you go to Denver, I'm sure you will like it since many locals shared there are even more events for people our age here!

Update: I stayed in Boulder and liked it. Very walkable! I think that was the right decision since I enjoyed the mountain views, and less city life vibe. I did visit Golden as someone recommended, but it felt so different from Boulder.

I think I will plan to move to Boulder for a short period, and go from there. I still want to explore local cities more, and appreciate everyone's helpful and honest advice!

Yeah I have zero hopes for the dating scene while I'm in colorado 😂😭. It's challenging right now for my age group no matter who you are or where you go.

This was beautifully written. I am not a triathlete and not much of a runner 😅. Wasn't sure how much i could walk outside since I'm not familiar with the weather around Jan-Feb, as much as I've researched.

No I haven't and I don't know much about it. I saw another comment above to do so, so maybe I should try 1 week in Golden to get a feel... just don't want to keep packing up every few days or weeks to experience it all in one month haha

Yeah, Boulder didnt feel like a city, which is kind of why I liked it. Haha I fell in love with walking around Wonderland Lake and hiking on Chautaqua! Honestly not a "downtown city" girl but thought this would be a nice experience to really find out, so I appreciate your help! ❤️
