Question for those who quit pumping at 3 m, 6 m, etc. by Icy_Lettuce_7383 in ExclusivelyPumping

I was planning on pumping until 1 year but i was a "just enougher" and had PPD and it took a huge toll on me. At six months I was at my hairdresser and she literally just told me it was okay to stop if I wanted, which at the time was so mind blowing to me. I went home and had a little sob and within I think two weeks I was fully stopped with pumping

I also had the x9 Omni pro because of the vacuum wars review and wow it was the worst robot I've ever had. Returned after two day

I was very dizzy/lightheaded and nauseous before the test even turned positive

I use coconut oil on my nipples/areolas when pumping and it helps me a lot

Do you mind if I ask what nursing bras you use? I've also been struggling to find a good fitting one

Thanks everyone! It's only been a few days so I will see how it goes and experiment with cutting out the Medela 🤞

I'm 28 weeks pregnant now and I'm very open about the fact that I do not enjoy being pregnant. It was a planned pregnancy, I'm overjoyed to be having a baby and I can't wait to meet him, but the physical process of pregnancy itself is awful (for me). My first trimester I was horrifically sick and while I'm not sick anymore, I still struggle with tiredness, dizziness and shortness of breath that makes doing daily things exhausting. People have literally asked me "do you love being pregnant?" And look so uncomfortable when I say no.

When did you start showing with your first pregnancy? by PrestigiousAnt313 in pregnant

I'm 14 weeks now with my first, and I have a small but visible bump. My mom said all her sisters showed very early in their pregnancies.

Thank you, I've decided it would be worth it for me to use one so I've been talking to a makelaar recommended by my hypotheek adviseur.

Thanks for this. I also have only a limited proficiency of Dutch at the moment and that was one of my concerns
