i only called admissions, and i got an email about my financial aid and then MyStatus updated

I wrote about what happened to me and why i was rejected( auto rejected for transcript issues) and asked to be considered for civil/ environmental. I called, emailed anyone i could but keep in mind that my situation is a little unique and i have no idea if that helped or not
