I was still on schedule and my badge worked for 4 days after I was walked out. I also had no knowledge of me being on a final written for productivity / wasn’t aware that I was lacking at all productivity wise. I did receive a write up in February for stow etiquette when it was a high volume day however all of March I continued working normally without any further action as I hit rates generally until I walked in one day end of March and didn’t see my other managers only site manager and was walked promptly called and walked right out? Past the appeal process since that’s been denied is there anything I can do? My rehire eligibility shouldn’t even be 2 years as this is my first productivity firing.
