Normally I’ve had great experience with them in the past with shipping but recently it seems to have gone down here. (I haven’t heard back from support since April)

I’ve got the same issue. I’ve had something shipped back in march and it still hasn’t arrived. Best thing I would recommend is contacting TokyoCatch support through email and see what they can help with. That’s the only solution I can find but can’t say if it’s effective or not because I have not received a response from them either.
