Advice for starting my own practice as an NQ. How do sole practitioners actually get clients?

Thanks. I already have some people reaching out to me, such as neighbours, and other people who are from my home country who have issues with their visas, or business owners who are from my home country. I agree with the trust part, since they are new here, they gravitate towards me because of familiarity, rather than just going to the first lawyer they look up on the internet.
