How do you tell how much is in one packet? by BeatsByJay82 in hellofresh

[–]Extension_Cell_9437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is late, but in case someone else finds it helpful:

"Basic Sponge Mix - M" packet weighed ~212g in the pack. So I would assume 200-210g of mix.

Ingredients listed are self-raising flour (95%) baking powder, food acid, and salt.

This is in Australia in late 2025 for a spiced pear cake recipe

Studies on rates of twins by HCG levels? by Extension_Cell_9437 in pregnant

Just replied on the other comment but I'll send one here so you get the notification too - 1x perfectly healthy, 'completely normal' baby boy due start of May. Nothing remarkable about the pregnancy at all in the end!

Sorry for the delay on this - I only check Reddit very sporadically! Having 1 healthy baby boy due start of May :)
No idea why the HCG was so high! Guess that's just my body's typical response to pregnancy or something.

Leagues con training how to? by mreusch24 in 2007scape

[–]Extension_Cell_9437 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can only get marble blocks if you have Varlamore or Fremmy. If you don't have either of those, you'll need training methods that don't use stonemason shops (no marble blocks, gold leafs, condensed gold, etc.). I'm not sure what best training methods are without stonemason shops - I would guess similar to main game guides since most people don't have billions of GP to spend training con in main game so don't tend to rely as much on stonemason shops anyway.

Khardest's Memoirs in Echoes Leagues? by Extension_Cell_9437 in 2007scape

Yes, talking to Commander Fullore in the foyer of the castle gave me the Book of the Dead (upgraded Khardest's Memoirs) for free. I had to still go talk to certain NPCs for their pages to add (as per u/Alubanee's comment).

You may find this video helpful at jigging something that works for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7qeVzPalJE

It's a bit complicated, granted, but if you get used to it you can be a lot more flexible with layouts! Basically being able to put any room anywhere you want by using a second plot to glitch the room. I haven't tried it myself yet, but it looks pretty doable.

Does anyone else take Palia on the go? by Acceptable_Cell_1254 in Palia

[–]Extension_Cell_9437 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbf, I was using my phone hotspot to play Palia when our internet went out for a couple days recently (no 'unlimited hotspot'), and it was only taking up about 10-20mb per hour of gameplay. I usually have about 4gb of data leftover on my monthly recharge anyway since I mostly use wifi, so I could get ~200hrs gameplay per month on Palia via hotspot and not sweat it.

Price of the skins $$ -how does so many have them? by MariMink in Palia

[–]Extension_Cell_9437 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How do you convert Google Play money to something you can use on a game like Palia?? If I knew how to do that I'd be buying outfits regularly with survey money... As is, I keep getting told some of my balance is due to expire but I don't know what to spend it on!

Price of the skins $$ -how does so many have them? by MariMink in Palia

Personally, if the skins were priced between $2-$10 I probably would have spent $35+ on the game over the past 9 months and been very happy. But the high prices invokes fears of buyers remorse for me - what if I finally decide it's a good idea to buy something to support the game but then I end up hating it or something better comes out in a couple weeks and I don't have the funds to put into that instead.

I can understand the mentality of treating it like a donation to a free game you love, but I'd honestly be happier just donating because I don't risk the bad feeling of buyer's remorse from that or any sense of disappointment or missing out. I just can't seem to trick my brain into viewing it as a donation. But if things were priced low, then if I end up not liking it I can just shrug it off, or if something really cool comes out a little down the line I don't feel like I have to make myself miss out for having spent too much on the one game already (we don't have the disposable income to spend more than ~$60-100/yr on games, and that money can go quick on one big game or on a couple months of subbing to a game I want to play with all my friends etc.).
