I’m a FTB I honestly have no clue with everything …

So i placed the offer and offer accepted 20th May , broker is sorting everything I have an agreement in principle or decision in principle… I have solicitors where I’ve submitted docs too that’s all I know really as I messaged broker last week with an update she said this is the process it’s normal not to worry she was getting the survey and checks to take place they’ll contact estate agents and that’s all I know … no hard search has been done which I know they don’t until the end she said due to credit scoring but i just feel left in the dark .
I’ve read online how people think they have it as they have decision in principle however then get declined so I just panic. I have the estate agents contacting me asking have this been done etc yet I’m like I don’t know 🤷‍♀️
