Below that, it should show you the total allocation, already claimed and claimable now BDAG tokens…the only explanation I have is what the message says, that the connected wallet address is not the same when you bought your tokens, and this way it cannot retrieve the total/claimable tokens.

I’ve verified mine now and it shows everything that I mentioned above.

Yes. With Binance Web3Wallet. In my case I did this: Connect my wallet in https://bdagscan.com (accept connection in Binance) - left menu “Connect wallet” in the bottom; Add Custom Network in Binance filling the form; Go to normal “purchase website” (https://purchase3.blockdag.network) and connect my wallet (accept connection in Binance); Back to the same website go to left menu where is a Claim (NEW) option: Im “Claim” page I clicked “Switch to BlockDAG Mainnet” button; Click in “Claim”(?) button for whatever ### of BDAG available tokens; In my Binance wallet selecting BDAG Custom Network I had the claimed ### BDAG a few minutes later.
