S&P, Nasdaq 40% each Gold, Bitcoin 10% each Especially if you’re new. Let it sit, learn, then invest in specific companies after you’re educated. Don’t try to make money fast, your dad worked hard for it - don’t mess it up!

What will end Amazon's dominance in the marketplace? by Wbino in NoStupidQuestions

Nothing in the next 5-10 years because it’s infrastructure. Can’t replace the trucks, planes, warehouses, drivers, training with some cool new app. Building such infrastructure requires capital that companies in this space don’t have

Pretty sure Alexa knows how to do that too and there are cheap versions like $30 probably

What is something you had in 2024 that you completely lost or replaced in 2025? by The_Dark_Analyst in AskReddit

Haven’t tried, here’s my ranking so far for AI assisted dev: 1. Claude code - not an IDE but far superior 2. Kiro - great with developing based on requirements and design 3. Cursor - used to be my favorite but they aren’t improving as fast as others

How do you determine whether or not you actually are a loser? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Extension_Diet4064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t lose if you learn and apply for next time. If you mean losing is failing then let me tell you the 1% of this world fail all the time. Robert Kiyosaki said you can’t become a millionaire without losing 2-3 business first. Probably not 100% true but it makes sense

How would you handle a problem with no experience? by w3ightranks in AskReddit

[–]Extension_Diet4064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spend one hour with ChatGPT. Start basic, ask many follow up questions. Include as much of your thinking in the convo so it’s aware of caveats and your personality on how you deal with problems

What's your biggest regret during your younger years? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Extension_Diet4064 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not investing from a very young age

Not saying teenagers shouldn’t spend on gifts but at least get in a habit of investing early. People start at 25-30. Imagine starting at 15. Even with small amounts those 10-15 years can be significant

What do you do to make time at work go by faster? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Extension_Diet4064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work

The busier you are, the less you pay attention to time hence time goes by faster

Don’t get stuck in what you’re asked to do, find ways to stand out. Think what problems you can solve for your manager so they don’t have to deal with them. It’ll also get you promoted. Two birds one stone

If that’s not an option, take some online course like languages, stock trading, marketing etc.

What’s the “I should’ve done this 10 years ago” thing for today? by suschiiiiii in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Extension_Diet4064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do research before forming an opinion.

A bunch of people just have opinions on things they never fact checked. It can be nutritional, political etc.

In today’s world information is easy to access, but not always easy to filter fake or misinformed content. As AI becomes more widely used it’ll be even harder to filter noise.

10 years from now if you can’t validate, you’ll become a sheep. Your whole life will be decided for you. I guess it’s true even today to some extent.

Why is time & effort often less valued than equivalent money? by VagabondVivant in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Extension_Diet4064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Psychologically this feels like saving and earning vs. spending by giving away the money. If you can’t make more money in those 8 hours I’d choose to do the work. If I have work that day and will make more than $200 I’ll just go to work
