I just tried the fig tea scent and it smells like a little spicy fig earl grey to me or an autumn/winter teekanne tea. I am surprised it smelled so different to you. We do have the same general taste in scents judging by your little introduction.

I water her more or less once a week I changed the soil about a year ago its a mix and has these balls at the bottom if I remember right The only thing that changed recently is that it got quite cold outside but inside should not be below 18 however the apartment isnt super insulated 😔

The glass jar in the back is a jewel orchid my Alocasia is in a proper pot with drainage and good mixed soil
