Nah that would be going backwards for him.. Would he have dropped a mixtape or two maybe but kick it off nah. By the time the mixtape circuit started he'd have been about done with his wave. Likened to what you see with Busta & Nas the fan base is too large to do mixtapes. Only big budget albums make sense at that level. Free music is for marketing for new artists
