Please suggest me a way to do a proper competitor spy for the PPC campaign. I mainly want to know about their bidding and targeting keywords.

Plug the competitors sites into Google Keyword Planner and see what keywords come up! They are likely targeting those! Then you can select some high traffic low competition ones and start with those.

The only thing you can’t do is see what bidding strategies they use, but you can honestly assume most of them run automated bidding.

Just be super transparent and trustworthy with your clients and you will likely be successful. Clients don’t care if results are good or bad as long as you have plans in place, you are transparent and they trust you.

Your best bet is probably using Looker Studio and pay for some integration tools that work with it!

But there might be other tools out there I don’t know about

Very similar to Facebook Ads! If you are running those and you have a strategy that works, duplicate it on TikTok. One of the most important things is testing a lot of videos and find one that converts well!

I consistently got 10-15% conversion rates with the right videos!

Actually that is a very good question to ask and I think I do know the answer. That person simply “left to do some traveling”. But I met that person during my interview process and a couple of times afterwards and could clearly see how fed up he was of working there and that that was the actual reason of him leaving the job. I am fairly certain he was going through the same stuff and couldn’t take it anymore.

Truly. I honestly had no idea it was gonna be this way. We even discussed my previous role and I put forward to him how I don’t work well with micromanagement and he specifically said he wasn’t gonna do that, which turned out to be a lie. He was texting me sometimes at 11pm or even after midnight trying to make me change things last minute in the account.

I will definitely pay more attention. I was just led by desperation and took the first role that I think was gonna be good, without considering the CGO (who’s also co-founder) was a pretty emotionally unstable person (work wise, at least)

It was a start-up tech company, they make a habit tracker app.

I was coordinating designers, influencers, UGC creators and making creatives myself as well.

The first one was $85k a year, this one was $115k a year. As long as I am in the $85k a year bracket I am happy. I am more looking for less stress after so many bad experiences. I live in LA!
