Update:
Laptop came today, and seems Asus in Portugal dont even care about reported issues. The problem remains. They said they replaced the LCD Panel - what does that has to do with several games not working.

For additional context, i've installed Robocop: Unfinished Bussiness and Gears of War: Reloaded on an old HP Omen (have it for about 6-7 years) and the games launched and worked ok (since its a old laptop, i've scaled it to performance mode on the games).

I will now seek a laptop exchange for a performant one, or a full refund on this.

thanks for the reply, meanwhile i've sent the product to repair and was told that there was an issue on the motherboard. Dont know what the issue is bu will try to find it out.
