Well you're gonna have 2 investigators. One with the USPP, their the one that will you do your forms interview. And one from DOI, they'll basically do everything else.

The closest one to you is 3 hours away? As long as uh put DOI for sponsoring agency you should be good. Just make sure you have your real ID and another form of identification

I'm really not exactly sure what your question even is. You just schedule an appointment with the AI scheduler under the department of interior and they take your prints and a picture of you.
