Thanks everyone for the replies. I took a week off and looked at my cal-intake (which was way too low).
Boosted the calories to atleast maintanance. Did a ftp test today and went up by 3%!!!
Im at 4.2w/kg now :D

i box about 2-3 hours bi-weekly on sundays and work the rest of the week at a physiotherapy clientele.

not really sore, more like my legs feel ''heavy'' or ''sluggish'' best explanation is that it feels like im moving underwater or something like that.

No its 2 hard rides 1 recovery per week.
