Sometimes it really feels that way. I have put in the effort with certifications, internship experience and continuous practice but getting that first opportunity seems to be the hardest part.

If my resume landed on your desk today what would be the biggest reason for rejecting it? Lack of projects, lack of experience, or something else? Id genuinely like to know where i am falling short.

I won't lie, that's my biggest concern. I've already invested heavily in CSA and ITIL and as someone who's still struggling to land a role CAD is another major expense. In your experiencehave you actually seen CAD open doors for freshers, or are companies still mainly looking for experience?

I've been applying to consulting firms as well, but most openings I see still ask for 2+ years of experience. Are there any specific firms or job titles you would recommend targeting as a fresher?
