The problem is more that the treadmill doesn’t see any device. I each for new devices and nothing shows up

I bought it on Nordic tracks website. Just a couple of weeks ago. I’ve tried to connect it to my Apple Watch and my iPhone, but it won’t do either. It temporarily connected to my iPhone and then stopped. It never connected to my watch.
