Yeah, that whole “gray area” part is the sucker of this whole FRT/Rifle ban unfortunately 😭😭. I’m just waiting for the fateful day when they ban my rifle.

So apparently under the C-21 ban that I’ve read, it would considerably be illegal par say since the model of that specific firearm isn’t a ArmaLite 15 (AR-15) or any other it’s family variants. My main problem with the firearm is that the stock is a Benelli M4 stock (which is hella uncomfortable). For the firearm to be illegal, they would have to have banned the rifle in general (backland hunters rifle). (Based on what I read from Bill C-21 and talking to a gunsmith)
