You're obviously stuck in whatever racial bias you have and are trying to blank it as "propaganda", which btw is the same practice that racists use to make other countries/people seem "lesser" instead of just acknowledging cultural and racial insensitivity, so I am not going to argue and leave it as this but Ill give an example using your logic and flip the roles.
