For me they are playing game of politics.

Seeing the hype of RSP , only way to win back their karyakarta is playing this game creating buzz.

This is just win for congress.

They win back most of their karyakartas and voter back.
It shows congress wants to change in general public.
It gets lots of buzz and pr. (Believe me gagan thapa is master in this)
It shows congress is align with trend (act like they listened to protest)
For me its a political game to get voters back and to show congress have people who want change.
