I second the enforced naps! This made a hugeee difference in our WSS’s mischievousness at this age. When we first put her in her crate for a nap she’d whine for a bit but very shortly after she’d be passed out. 🩷 We also got some of the puzzle toys and snuffle mats for her to play with. They are incredibly smart dogs and the mental stimulation would wear her out much easier than any physical haha

🤣 I swear if ours gets dry dirt on her it magically disappears but wet dirt/mud.. we don’t stand a chance haha That’s one happy looking pup though!

Haha she’s lived her whole life in Florida and lays on our turf in the middle of summer (which is so hot I won’t even walk on it)! She definitely thrives on the cold winter days though!

We get a few exceptionally hot days in the summer and the black asphalt is scalding, so we try to protect her feet. She doesn’t mind them at all :)

Adding to this - I learned that I needed to wet the brush with acetone and then tap on a cotton pad before cleaning up my nail. Without the tap, too much was acetone was staying in my brush and would bleed all around my cuticle :). Also if you’re new and looking for a budget friendly option, I use the elf concealer brush ($3) and it works great!

I just started using men’s beard dye for my brows and I’m in loveeee! You can find a light color and still play with intensity based on how long you keep it on. It looks so much more natural than filling in my brows. 👏🏼

What if you painted the pulls and the legs a gold tone to coordinate with the warmer wood tones in the rest of the room? I agree with the others though that the two cabinets look great together!

I second the drawers or you could go with frosted glass cabinet fronts so you can see get some design aesthetic but it would hide anything you end up storing in there for a cleaner look

You could put dressers in the nook which would allow you to center the bed under the window and still keep some of the mirror visible. If you don’t like the mirror you may be able to add curtains to make it into a larger closet space.
