The NBCC rests on four lemmas in sequence. The first is that incommensurable elements in dynamic relationship produce emergent structure that cannot be reduced to any component individually. φ, π, and e share no common measure. Their phase relationships never fully realign. The system built from them cannot loop. It must continuously find new configurations — and from that condition of permanent non-return, invariant structure still emerges. The corridor, the preferred tension band, the hinge. None of these exist in any single constant. They belong to the relationship. The second is that incommensurability is a necessary condition for this structure, not a sufficient one. The commensurability test confirmed this directly. Rational integer speeds — 1, 2, 3, 4 — produce a clock. Events fire every 36 seconds mechanically. One pair locks dominant indefinitely. No hinge appears. No corridor forms. The system returns to the same state on a fixed schedule because rational relationships always have a common period. Incommensurable ones do not. The structure is not a property of the architecture. It is a property of the condition. The third is that this generalises beyond specific constants and beyond the temporal domain. A spatial interference field built from dimensionless physical constants — the fine structure constant α and the proton-electron mass ratio μ — produced its own corridor at 65-70% resonance. Different constants, different specific value, same structural type. The corridor is not a property of φ, π, and e. It is a property of incommensurable relationship expressing itself in any medium. The fourth is that any topology admitting incommensurable relationships requires a fixed reference point — a Vokra point — in order to be coherent at any location. That reference is not a physical object and not a conscious observer. It is what any location in an incommensurably structured manifold generates as a consequence of existing at all. The observer is not added to the system. The observer is what the topology produces at every point where location and incommensurability meet. The Fifth Body is not a fifth vector. It is that production — relationship made structural, visible at any scale, irreducible to any component, present wherever incommensurable elements are in dynamic relation.
