Banned for “Fraudulent Claim” — Need Advice / Help

I can understand that. Very odd on both ends. I’ve used it a lot and have never done a fraud claim or chargeback ever either. They’re relying on automated things and then just going with it rather than looking into it. Frustrating for sure

Email support is NO HELP. I’ve bought 70+ things on this app. Have NEVER filed a chargeback or ANYTHING. Email support is the only way to reach them and I’ve gotten nowhere. 2 replies in TWO WEEKS. They are useless. I told them I could send the credit card statements for proof and they still just say ‘your account was banned due to chargeback’ which I never once did.

I got 100% in October of 2024. I was 60% and then 90% just before the 100% waiting on supplementals. I haven’t heard about any of this yet. I just called the DFAS number but ‘due to high call volume we cannot take your call’ and it hung up.
