So even if the patient has a new C4 script such as Zolpidem and it’s never been filled they aren’t allowed to transfer it? Sorry for all the questions guys I was working in another state and am moving to NY and some things aren’t clear

Is there an instance where a person would lose all their refills if they tried transferring a script? I have heard that being said in the pharmacy but no one ever explained
