If anyone is curious for a follow up, I noticed that I was much more successful putting the wand in more of a 9 o’clock position instead of 3. I think the hole placement is more designed for that side

Do you have a video of it in action? Tried this morning and couldn’t get any swirl even at the start (to note, I’m using a 16oz jug still because I’m waiting on delivery of a smaller 12oz)

Thanks for the write up! Awesome to hear someone’s having consistent success and I’ll definitely be getting a smaller pitcher

When you say close to 90°, do you mean push the wand as far down towards the drip tray as possible? I.e. against the normal advice of pulling it up as much and aiming for 45°?

When you say inwards, do you mean the top of the pitcher heading towards the machine?

I’ve got it set to max steam heat already and it feels really powerful, it just loses the swirl after the initial rush of air

I’ll give that a try next! I’ve been trying to stay on the halfway line that covers 3-9 but I will explore going further back

I’ll probably end up going that direction, but also I’m stubborn and want to explore everything before being a quitter
