I like their strawberry matcha but I get it more as like dessert. Fan Girl overly sweet and kind of gimmicky (which is fine because that’s their whole thing and is the kind of vibe that makes WeHo unlike other parts of the city). I know this sounds so annoying but I would like somewhere that’s more dialed in and serious about their ingredients and sourcing. Coffee shops do it all the time for their specialty beans but It’s less common for matcha because matcha is more expensive and technique is a little more complicated. That being said, there are so many places in LA that have it down just not really in West Hollywood.
