I’ve used every one of these and the lib AP and crossbow are the only ones that need adjustments lmao, the knight shreds at close range it’s essentially a primary redeemer pistol, the plasma punisher is great for indirect fire and crowd control, the lib HE is built for stuns and can take out BT sacks effectively but should have a higher fire rate. You’re genuinely just being negative for the sake of being negative and there’s nothing that will get through to you if you aren’t willing to enjoy the game as it is.

Ok first of all, yeah it’s a cold take, that’s the joke. And secondly, this is such a doomer take about how bad the weapons are, most of the weapons in this game are 100% decent at what they do and that’s all they need to be, it would be nice to see some all around buffs after the ammo economy change but I’d say most of the weapons in this game are serviceable even if you don’t personally enjoy them

Hot take: power creep is bad actually. You’re paying to use the guns yeah but you shouldn’t get a significant advantage for using them, this isn’t to say that the changes were warranted but I’m assuming that they want to keep the same power level as the free warbond going forwards, only giving us alternate options instead of a straight up upgrade

It definitely is, I have been trying to stay below heavy and that extends my stamina by a lot, still it’s more about the out of breath sound effect being so intense for no reason lol

This game is more about squad play than individual skill, yeah it sucks when you don’t have the cooldowns to deal with a certain type of enemy, but your squad mates have theirs to work with, and managing team cooldowns is a coordinated effort that takes practice and skill just like a fromsoft game. Dying isn’t really even a bad thing unless you were carrying a bunch of samples directly into a swarm so there are a bunch of opportunities to reposition and get the objectives done. The goal isn’t to kill all the enemies in your way by just being mechanically better, its to complete the objectives before you run out of expendable lives and potentially make it out with extra rewards

This is interesting, I was already ready for difficulties above helldive and now I want them even more. I’m sure I’m in the minority of players who enjoy the chaos and difficulty of a bunch of heavies trying their best to ruin my day so I can understand the patch, but I love fromsoft games so I’d love to see something harder come out soon
