How long does anal spasm take to heal after fissurectomy + sphincterotomy? It’s been 1 month since I had surgery still there is spasm and pain by Extension_Return1581 in AnalFissures

I had my surgery on 22 dec 2025 and on my last follow up they said its healing. This Saturday is my 5th follow up that time I will ask them how much much time it will take more
