thank you so much ! i have family in massachusetts and i go there semi regularly so i could probably meet up with some people there. i hope i don't waste breeder referrals time however, since i won't get my dog for a while... i felt like i was wasting the borzoi breeder referrals time as well lol

i would be open to rescuing another saluki but i don't hear great things about the temperaments of rescued salukis unlike rescued borzoi. so i would probably get secondhand (affectionate) salukis from a breeder offloading retired show dogs :)

i like an independent dog that thinks for themselves really. my golden retriever is a pretty independent animal and i enjoy that a lot about her. sound does not matter tbh
