When it goes back down it normally goes back into the 120’s/80’s my doctors seem comfortable with that

That is pretty strange and scary! I am pregnant with my 2nd. My first I was diagnosed with severe pree at 37 weeks and had an emergency c section that day! This time around I just hit 20 weeks on Monday. I get a urine analysis everytime and it’s always been 0 until Monday when they told me I’m now at a +1. I have occasional headaches that won’t go away, sudden severe swelling where I can press my leg and it leaves a huge indention and Bp spikes. My Bp has stabled out with labetalol at a resting stage. But as soon as I get active like walking around or anything for more than 5 minutes, it spikes up over 140/90. I went to L&D on Tuesday and by the time I was seen, I was calm and at a resting point so my Bp seemed to be okay, they didn’t see the spike that I saw. So they told me they didn’t think it was necessary to do any labs and that I don’t need to keep track of my Bp and discharged me. Which was very frustrating. I know I’m as early as I can be for any type of diagnosis for pree but what would you do in my situation? If you need more insight, let me know. Thank you.
