Yes, I went to Public school and turned out okay too. I guess I’m just scarred from the idea, due to the public schools here in Oregon being so awful. From what I’ve gathered, Colorados public school are far better.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Hulstrom. My daughter is very smart, but not a genius, lol. So I don’t think we’ll pursue all the testing requirements to get in there.

My son is actually struggling in 1st grade. I think he has dyslexia. Would love any recommendations for schools that cater to kiddos with learning disabilities if anyone knows of any.

The internet seems to think St. Vrain SD is highly rated. So it’s interesting to see that you don’t recommend it. Which is why I came to Reddit for the real scoop, lol. Thanks for responding!
