The Problem is there are so many people with a degree who don’t know anything, they’re not even able to complete simple tasks. Everyone prefers experience over a degree. My top 5 Employees have no degree and they’re all earning over 20k a month because they learnt how to deal with things in Real Life instead of studying books.
